Tai-Chi
Experience gentle movement and relaxation at Notting Hill Neighbourhood House with our Tai-Chi sessions.
Classes are held every Tuesday from 11:00am to 12:00pm and are suitable for beginners. Albert, our experienced instructor, leads the group through slow, flowing movements that help improve balance, flexibility, and overall wellbeing.
This is a calm and welcoming space to practice Tai-Chi, move at your own pace, and enjoy the benefits of mindful exercise.
